All Heart2Home Living products are clearance, outlet or specially priced stock. Please choose carefully.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credits for change of mind, incorrect choice, or if you later find the item unsuitable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item has a fault or problem that was not disclosed to you before purchase, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Clearance / Imperfect Stock

Some clearance items may have minor imperfections. Where a specific fault or imperfection is disclosed before purchase, a customer generally cannot later seek a remedy for that disclosed fault. Your other rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

Proof of Purchase

Please retain your receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

Online & Click & Collect Orders

The same change of mind policy applies to online and Click & Collect purchases. Buying online does not automatically create a cooling-off period for an ordinary website purchase.
